I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox that I bought from Ourisman Chevrolet dealership. I have been living in Alexandria, VA, since 2011. Prior to Craftsman, my go to auto service repair shops were the dealership, Yates in Kingstowne, and the Exxon repair at the corner of Van Dorn and Edsall Road. Those shops promise complete car diagnostics. They never really delivered. For example, in August 2021, I took my car to Ourisman because of odd sounds in the engine and a shimmying steering wheel. I asked Ourisman to give me a full diagnostic. Ourisman fixed the brakes. But there were still weird noises. Last week, I knew my Equinox needed exhaust work. But the car was riding funny in a way not related to the exhaust system. And the odd noises were still there. Craftsman ran a complete car diagnostic. First time any of these shops really did one despite me asking each of them to do one. The diagnostic report provided details for every aspect of the car. They identified a problem with my front suspension that none off the repair shops found. They also fixed the exhaust system. Craftsman is more professional and competent than any of those other auto repair shops. I wish I had found them sooner. LP

Great place to get your vehicle serviced at. I was in need of brakes and tires bad, Drew Chris , and Leesa pointed me in the right direction very vivid with the work ,it was done in a mannerous time as I had alot of errands to run that day and needed my vehicle back same day.
