My car failed inspection due to tire wear, so I agreed to new tires being put on. I was promised that the tire replacement and alignment on my car would be completed yesterday by 12:30. I got the new tires, but the alignment had not even begun. I needed to drive the car, so I picked it up anyway. As I began to drive, the interior warning lights indicated all of the tires were low. I returned the car today for alignment, yet was called and informed that the alignment could not be completed due to rusted parts that would need to be replaced. Now there is an additional $1000 + charge for this work before my car can be passed through inspection?! This seems like gouging to me. This is definitely not the way a business that wants to retain customers performs. 1/14/21 update After three different drop-offs to get the work completed, my car still showed dashboard lights for all four tires being low. Craftsman spent an hour “recalibrating” my onboard computer, but told me it would take driving it for at least 10 miles at a rate of 15-60 mph for the recalibration to “take.” Turns out, it took only a 2 mile drive to my local gas station that had an air pump. Less than one minute per tote, and all four of the Low Tire lights went out. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

We are sorry that your tires are having issues with calibration the TPMS. In addition, I hope it was explained that the rusted tie rod assembly is not a visible component during our inspections process and it was not apparent that they needed replaced until we needed to turn them during the front alignment. I've taken 3 cars here for the past few years and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism at this shop. They get the job done quickly, communicate very well and most of all are honest. They've never tried to oversell me and always clearly explain their findings. Price is competitive with other shops but the benefits mentioned above give Craftsman an edge. Highly recommended!
