Every time I walk into this place I feel like I'm back in Mayberry where life was simpler and people were honest. The prices may have changed since the days of Mayberry but the service is spectacular! I know that when they look at my car that they will do their best to fix only what's wrong, recommend what should be done soon, charge me a reasonable rate and have it back to me as quickly as possible. I even trust them with my Mercedes. They will stand behind any work done and even when I have an unrelated issue come up shortly after a visit, they will squeeze me in to check it out. Today I went by for a key/fob battery and they swapped mine out on the spot!! I have found my new home town repair shop. It's like having my brothers right around the corner.

I have had multiple cars in the past 15 years and have been to different auto workshops with mediocre experience. I came to Craftsman Auto Care to get skid plate removed and they took care of the problem professionally in short period so I could get back on the road.

Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Had several things done including an alignment. They provided a print out of the settings for any future mechanic to reference if adjustments ever need to be made. Plan on bringing my wife's vehicle over for work now in the near future.

Mike was exceptional from start to finish, very friendly and did not try to sell anything that wasn’t needed. I went for an oil change, and was reminded that my inspection was due at the end of the month. The great mechanics at Craftsman were able to take care of the inspection, which was followed up with a full vehicle health report, including recommendations for items (with photos!) needing attention, without pressure to complete immediately. If you aren’t able to drop off your vehicle, the waiting room is well-equipped with water, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, snacks, and comfortable seating with television and free WiFi. Everyone was professional, easy to talk to, and the place is genuinely the type of place you want to take your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Great experience - they replaced my brake pads after they diagnosed the problem. Before I approved the work they provided me a clear report with photos and a description of all the work. Clear communication, fast service, and friendly staff.
