Normally I don’t do this but this place has Good vibes and fast service, not to mention friendly staff and reasonable pricing! I work about an hour away and have a good amount of car and service knowledge and experience. I Needed to get my car through emissions so I scheduled an appointment for a tune because the one I had previously was too aggressive.The guys were professional on the phone and knowledgeable in person. A guy that was covering for Mason...I believe was his name accidentally put in the wrong information the week prior. When I showed up the following Tuesday I was not on the schedule but they took me in anyway. Appreciate you guys taking care of my Jetta. I WILL be back with a stage 3 tune. I had a flat tire and needed both rear tires replaced the same day, from the phone call to the service Craftsman Auto Care was extremely helpful and professional! Not only did they change my tires but they also performed a quick inspection of my entire car to let me know of any other items that needed addressed. I will be back for future service needs! Above and beyond. High performance track enthusiast know and trust Matt's team. These guys are at almost all track events. It's great being able to discuss performance and tuning right there on track with the guys who know your car. It's enough that they have so much high performance experience but the shop is awesome for customer service, white glove care, and price too! As standard service, they send me pics and notes I can review on my phone of overall condition. Things like bushing conditions, brake pad wear, any special things to keep an eye on.
