I have been using them for 4 years and love both the Chantilly and Fairfax locations! I love the lobby and snacks (pre-Covid) always made the time fly by. Excellent customer service! THOROUGH INSPECTION! I came in worried about my brakes, but it turned out just to be bad tires. They were kind enough to rotate my bad front tires to the rear, until I could get them replaced. I love the convenient breakdown with photos they send you of your car and needed repairs. I got an oil change and wiper blades replaced. The place is clean and they even sanitized my car! Definitely coming back for the quality and care they took with me and my car. 🙂 Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Craftsman Auto of Chantilly performed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that I was thinking of purchasing. They were thorough and very professional. They were able to provide me with a detailed inspection report and took me earlier than the scheduled time. Andrew and the team explained in detail what they found and what they recommend on whether or not the vehicle was worth purchasing. Andrew and the team were respectful and professional.
