My experience with Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly can only be described as phenomenal. I have used Matt Curry’s shops for almost 30 years for all types of auto care for more than eight brands and more than ten models of cars. There has not been one instance in which I was not entirely pleased with the quality of the work done and services performed. I have not ventured to another repair facility and don’t intend to unless I’m out of town. Even in the latter case I would call back to get their opinion before getting work done. I am a volunteer at The Car Ministry in Falls Church and Andrew (Manager) has gone out of the way to review cars for us and evaluate their condition to determine if it makes sense to invest money into fixing them or let them go to auction. We are “giving” these car to needy individuals and we want them to be safe and not have serious issues on the horizon. Andrew is my go to guy for everything. I have 2 vehicles and 2 trailers and these guys can handle anything I ask of them. They are always flexible, patient and up-front with time of repair and total cost for work performed. The waiting room is comfortable with lots of amenities and they are always willing to give the locals a ride home if requested while the service is performed. The service at Craftsman was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful, and explained everything they had done so that someone not used to working with cars could understand (plus, they wore masks at all times). They also kept me informed about updates, when I could expect my car back, etc. They even did some extra work that they didn't charge me for because they felt it had to be done. I go to Craftsman Auto Care for all my car care needs. I don’t ever feel like they are trying to do more than is needed and they let me know what I should be looking at for future maintenance. It can be intimidating for a woman to go to an auto shop, but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of; they are patient and explain to me exactly what is going on. I've been going to Craftsman Auto Care for over a year now, and they've become my go-to for general maintenance and repair. Andrew and his team are friendly, and provide a high value for their cost. I especially like the detailed diagnostic reports that get texted to me with each visit, allowing me to review descriptions, pictures, and understand the severity of needed / recommended repairs. It is great to have Matt Curry back. This is just like it used to be before he sold the old business. The folks on his team are top notch. I have confidence and trust in the entire team.
