I've been a customer of Matt Curry's shops for about 20 years now and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My most recent experience with them was excellent, as I have come to expect. I spoke to Andrew at their Chantilly location about upgrading the wheels and tires on my stock Jeep. He patiently walked me through tire sizes, pros/cons of various sizes, and the best possible tire features for my needs (no serious off-roading & safe kid hauler). He helped me decide on an excellent tire (BF Goodrich TO2) and fantastic wheels. Three days later, they were installed with great care and I am not only thrilled with how it all looks, but their handling! I will happily recommend Craftsman Auto Care to everyone I know. They know their stuff, are kind and patient with customers of all levels of car knowledge, guarantee their work, and they don't try to rip you off - you simply cannot ask for better care & service. Bob and his team were great. They kept me posted throughout the process and were up front with me about which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They also went above and beyond in assessing and repairing a hard-to-diagnose problem with one of my brakes. Overall an excellent experience.

I took my car here to have a state inspection done and I knew that I would need some repairs. They send a neat text message with each step of the inspection including photos so when they say it needs fixed, you can actually see what the issue is and know they aren’t doing unnecessary work. It’s pretty rare to find an honest and friendly car repair shop, so even though they are out of my usual area I will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location Services: Engine repair, Brakes
