My Prius needed and new battery and some other car repairs and Craftsman Auto Care did the job quickly and well. The people there are so nice and the prices are incredible! I would definitely recommend Craftsman Auto Care to anyone! Service: Electrical repair

Bob, Mason and the whole team are amazing. I have never seen a more knowledgeable, professional and compassionate group. Our air conditioning went out on a drive from the Carolinas to New England. They were able to locate the parts the same day for an older Mitsubishi and had it repaired by noon the next day. They even provided a loaner to help us with a difficult situation. I'm a member of the BMW Car Club of America in the DC area and, as a very knowledgeable "car guy", can attest to Craftsman's commitment to customers, the community and the great work they do. Being a program leader in our club I am frequently asked for recommendations by other members who I recommend. These requests range from basic maintenance to complex repairs. Without hesitation I recommend Craftsman. Great work and people who take the time to help customers understand the "why" as cars become more complex.

On my way to a doctors appointment I realized one of my headlights was off. I was running early to the doctors appointment so I pulled up to a couple shops in the area to see if they could quickly switch the light bulb. Two places said they could do it later that afternoon because their techs were about to go on lunch. So I continued to my doc appt and saw Craftsman Auto Care right across the street. I pulled into their parking lot and gave them a call. One of the techs came out to take a look in just minutes. He replaced my lightbulb in less then 5 minutes!!!! I wish I remembered the techs name but if your reading this THANK YOU!
