After years of taking my vehicles to the dealership, dealing with long wait times and high costs (all foreign cars -- European or Japanese) I finally found a mechanic that leaves the car clean during services, completes service in a reasonable time, and respects their customers. A note to the Gay community: This place is gay friendly. My partner Kyle found them last year, and they are nothing but kind to everyone. I highly recommend Jeremy and Bob at Craftsmen. This Crafsman's location is a genuine shop. As a DIY technician myself, I can say with confidence that their mechanics KNOW what they're talking about, and are very upfront and honest about what they think of your vehicle. I've never noticed them try to push unnecessary maintenance or service on any of my cars, and that goes a long way with me. They also offered community educational classes on standard car care called 'Cars and Coffee' which has unfortunately been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to contain it; but regardless, it shows they genuinely care about keeping their customers informed and educated on what is turning into a dying skill set. Great customer service as soon as I walked in through the door. Everyone was wearing their mask and 6 feet apart, Before they go inside my vehicle I noticed they sanitized it down with a spray. If you're an old Curry's customer and left when the chain got sold to Mr Tire and everything went downhill, rejoice, because Matt and Judy are finally back. The service is just as good as you remember. Shout out to Jeremy and techs at the Merrifield shop for taking *tons* of time to fully inspect my old '06 and actually walk me under the lift to show me the busted suspension. I'll be driving all the way down from Maryland just to bring my vehicle to these guys. Favorite new feature: the "digital inspection" where you get sent photos of the broken part that they quote you on. Perk for when the pandemic is over: Lost Dog Pizza is a block away. Have brought in my Subaru twice for minor things, state inspection and oil change, and have been impressed with the friendly and professional service. They researched service history, called when they said they would, vehicle ready when promised. Covid protocols followed with care.

I highly recommend this business. My experience with them was very transparent. The prices for services rendered were very reasonable and I knew I wasn't being screwed over. This place served me thousands becausethey don't play games with your money.

Bob is the man. Took care of my starting problems and replaced my tag bulbs for free. Everyone's friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough.
