Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
This is the second year I've taken my BMW to Craftsman Auto Care (Merrifield). A lot has changed in 2020 to say the least, but the same level of trust, quality of service, and clean environment can be found at Craftsman! Craftsman Auto in 2019 (when I first went) was sending customers videos and summaries of the work being done on the vehicle (pre-COVID), so you get to be that much closer to the action and see what needs potential attention without having to be in the shop floor and avoiding unnecessary contact. I've never felt pressured on up-selling of services. There are recommendations that are made, but based on your own comfort level, knowledge of your vehicle, your financial situation is how you should make your decision. Craftsman advises in this regard, but does not pressure. This actually makes me want to get more done with Craftsman. Thanks for a positive experience, and making the shop clean / safe amidst widespread health concerns across the country. Service: Oil change

My Experience was with Bob. Based off of my interaction with him alone I would absolutely give this business 0 stars if i could! I don't think I have ever dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my entire life! He was extremely rude & careless. He just had a very nasty attitude the entire time. He uses profanity & foul language towards customers and is just beyond rude and ignorant. Most importantly he did absolutely NOTHING to solve my car's issue. It was honestly a nuisance dealing with him and a COMPLETE waste of time. There is so many good establishments out there I wish I would have never bothered with this one. Lesson learned, never again! I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
This is the best place I felt happy to take my car in for the regular maintenance check and alignment correction. They are very welcoming and their prices are pretty reasonable. I like their live view car report, with photos and videos of the parts and detailed notes on the health of the part, they follow the simple red, yellow, green symbolism. I like how they don't force or impose on getting something on your car, you will decide that for your car. This is a good place to take your car in for any kind of problem
