When my car would not start in the middle of a thunder storm, I gave Craftsman Auto Care a call because they are close to where I work. Even though it was after 5:00pm, they drove to my car and jump started it for me. Then they drove it back to their shop and gave me a loaner. The repairs were done by the next day. It's a concierge level car repair place. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was very polite and kind. I will definitely return for car maintenance and repairs.

I went to get a VA inspection at another shop and they lied about a very expensive repair so I came here and was told another issue overlooked at the other place. But I didn’t go with craftsman originally I thought I could get a second quote to save money. Man I was so wrong. After the new ball bearing was installed I took my car back to craftsman auto to get another VA inspection to pass. When they went over the car the wheel was worse than before after spending $300. The owner took the wheel off and out popped the axel nut that holds the wheel. Not only did they repair that for me and explained the catastrophic results that could of happened. I am not only impressed with the owner, mechanic and staff. Although I was late with my judgement and now will continue to be a loyal customer. That’s when I knew they really care about your car. They care about you. Lesson well learned. It really does make sense to always get a certified mechanic and shop. Driving safe is a #1 priority for anyone.
