As soon as I spoke with Pete, the front desk manager, on the phone I knew I was going to like this place. He was very friendly and helpful, and even more so when I met him in person. Pete and Jorges, the mechanic, were very informative. They saved me $1000!

The staff was courteous and helpful. I was especially impressed that when an older customer came in to pick up her vehicle, the employee drove the customer's car to the front door to make it easier for the woman with a cane. You don't typically see that level of concern these days
