I am so happy to have found Matt Curry's Craftsman Auto Care in McLean. Last week, they were honest with me that my 2005 Volvo XC90 was basically falling apart and it may not be worth it to repair. I came back, picked up the car, and went directly to buy a new car. I ended up buying a used 2016 Subaru Outback and brought it back to Craftsman to make sure it was in the condition I expected it to be. They did a diagnostic and sure enough, they discovered some issues. I returned the vehicle to the dealer, who fixed the problems and I returned to Craftsman today to ensure that everything was in good shape. What a relief to find an auto care company dedicated to honesty, good value and integrity to help their customers. They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion.

Outstanding first appt. to purchase four tires and additional needed services associated with this sale. Impressed by the extremely well-informed employee who was respectful, full of valuable information, who understood my needs and fully explained the services provided and needed. He used my name during our conversation thus personalizing the exchange of information. Dazzled by this experience as was my husband. Was eager to learn of other services that can be provided by this company - for future reference. Will recommend to others and will return. Thank you. Excellent experience on a large purchase.

Excellent service. I waited till the technician checked and patched the tire. They ran the whole car diagnostics. Next time my Mercedes is due for regular check up I will bring it Crafstman in Alexandria, Manchester Lakes shopping center.

I always appreciate the level of detail and attention that the staff at CAC provide when working on my 2014 Subaru Forester. I've taken my car there for routine oil changes, inspections, and more specific work that needed to be done. Each time has been an incredibly positive experience! They're honest, patient, and fair -- I never have to worry that they're trying to pull the wool over my eyes for any issue. They're also more than happy to explain in further detail (and even provide a walkthrough!) what the issue is so I can really understand the work they are recommending.
