Thank God for Craftsman Auto Care in McLean! I called them early in the morning and told them about my vehicle dilemma. Turns out I needed a new battery and Tom was accommodating at EVERY step of the process. Most auto shops try to get over on me because I’m a woman, but Tom hooked me all the way up! And I wasn’t even there for an hour!!! I really appreciate the professionalism, great customer service, and speedy turn around. Thank you so much!

What could be worse than heading home from vacation and 6 hours away finding yourself.on the side of the road with a broken down car? We called.all of the "auto repair shops near me", and finally these guys were the only ones who picked up the phone. They were fast, didnt.overcharged us and found an alternator for us on a Saturday morning. The waiting room was comfortable and everyone who worked there made us feel welcome. Thanks for turning an awful situation around for us.

I was honestly surprised by the level of Customer service. Walking in I was greeted by the kindest gentleman; the service only took about 45 minutes which is rare. Overall an amazing experience
