Always a great experience when we bring our cars here for service and repairs. The Craftsman team are wonderful.

Same day appt isn’t recommended but they can always fit you in the next day. They give estimated wait time/expectations, and may take more than 2 hrs, so make arrangements and be flexible. They send you a digital report to you phone (convenient) and give you an overview upon pick up. Friendly customer service and will return for other services.

My 19 year old son found Craftsman Auto. I thought it was going to be Highway robbery because it was in McLean. They were readable, courteous, patient and went above and beyond to please. Tom even came to my house to jump start my car and pick up a part. They also allowed my son to keep his car there until I picked it up as he left it there and then went off to college. DJ even tried to put a new battery in my as the electrical lock was not working. I have been looking for a place like this for a long time. It is a small town feel with service that goes above and beyond. This is now my go to place for my cars. Oh did I mention that they also kept my car while I ordered a part for it that I found cheaper? They also put the part on that I found!

I was having a problem with my light. I visited a craftsman 3 months before. They replaced the headlight but the problem reappeared. The mechanic who helped me fixed the problem (I believe it was a problem with the pins?) at no cost! The replacement was already affordable but I didn't pay anything, not even for looking! Thank you so much!
