They were polite, honest, and cooperative. They worked with my schedule and even offered to pick me up to get the car if needed. There were several things to be done so the agent stayed on the phone to answer all my questions to help me prioritize. No pressure AT ALL to do more right now than I felt comfortable with.

Craftsman Auto Care is amazing. My F-150 had many issues and had been sitting in my driveway for 1-1/2 years, undrivable. Craftsman started with a comprehensive full vehicle inspection report with photos, showing all the defects. The inspection also breaks down the needed repairs and marks them for immediate concern, down to items that should be monitored. Service managers Brent and Pete were great to work with and they helped me prioritize the repairs from a safety standpoint as well as my budget. I never felt pressured to do any of the recommended work. After doing a full diagnostics, and making the necessary repairs, the crew at Craftsman got my truck back on the road. Very pleased with the professionalism, quality of workmanship, and reasonable costs. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to Craftsman in the future.
