I came to Craftsman Auto Care to check on a possible leak at the bottom of the car. It turned out to be an oil leak, but to replace the gasket would require total disassemble of the entire engine. This was a complicated job, but Bob and his crew did it excellently. They returned the car to me in great conditions. I also had to replace the broken side mirror. Bob took the trouble of finding me an used one, to help save $; and they also did an outstanding job to install the replacement. This was my first experience with this auto shop, and they will be my go-to shop from now on for all my auto repair needs. I highly recommend them to anyone! Bob is a great guy, and the technicians know what they are doing.

Craftsman worked with me to diagnose the issue and find the appropriate part which was ordered and timed to align with my schedule for when I could have maintenance completed. They are phenomenal in that regard. So flexible and very trustworthy. Again it is a pleasure to have options like this for maintenance of vehicles without having to go to a dealer and get gouged.
