Wonderful service! I brought my car in for a brake service and was pleasantly surprised by how professional and detailed the service was. I used to go to big chain stores for quick, cheap services but was always disappointed with the demeanor of the mechanics and lack of transparency in the process. The mechanics here are friendly and walk you through their entire inspection report which you can view on your phone with accompanying photos of your car and service recommendations. My brakes feel very smooth and I'm happy with the result. The parts were also appropriately priced.

Several weeks ago at 4pm something began dragging the ground on the undercarriage of our car. Early the following morning I needed to take my Wife to the hospital in Mt.Vernon for an operation and needed the car for that. I could see that what was dragging was a piece from under the engine. At 4:30pm I took car to Craftsman-McLean. They were really busy but agreed to look at the situation. In just a few minutes they put the car on the hoist and put new bolts into an oil pan shield that had come loose. I was on my way, and no charge! They have earned my loyalty!

They great work at reasonable prices. They do not try and sell you repairs that are not needed.

Several weeks ago I had a serious situation. I needed to take my Wife to the hospital in Mt. Vernon for an operation early the next morning. At 4pm something began dragging the ground on the bottom of our vehicle. I could see that it was a part of the car that had become partially loose. At 4:30pm got the car to Craftsman in McLean and explained my situation. They were really busy; especially at that hour. After a few minute wait, put the car on the lift and found that a shield for the oil pan had come loose. They had the needed bolts, quickly fixed it and I was on my way.....no charge! What a relief....and how grateful I was. They've earned my loyalty!

Steve and the crew could not have been better. Originally came in with a caliper which had seized...Steve and the crew hustled to get the truck back to me before the weekend...and they had a huge list of things to do. Then by some great luck one of the new calipers seized again two weeks after they had fixed it...No worries Steve and crew ordered a new part at like 5pm on a Friday night and had me back on the road by 10am on Saturday. I will continue to send and visit myself Craftsman Auto Care for years to come. Thanks to the whole crew!!!
