Normally I don’t do this but this place has Good vibes and fast service, not to mention friendly staff and reasonable pricing! I work about an hour away and have a good amount of car and service knowledge and experience. I Needed to get my car through emissions so I scheduled an appointment for a tune because the one I had previously was too aggressive.The guys were professional on the phone and knowledgeable in person. A guy that was covering for Mason...I believe was his name accidentally put in the wrong information the week prior. When I showed up the following Tuesday I was not on the schedule but they took me in anyway. Appreciate you guys taking care of my Jetta. I WILL be back with a stage 3 tune.

Replaced front rotors on 2011 Ford F-150 after 31,000 miles under a Craftsman 36,000 warranty for absolutely no charge. Andrew (GM) and Brandon (Service Manager) are great in providing the best customer service, in the most timely manner possible and at competitive prices. They have serviced my 2002 Audi S4, 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo and 2003 Porsche 911Turbo and have always delivered 100% satisfaction.

Andrew was fantastic to work with. He was always easy to talk to, very prompt, charismatic, and thorough. The folks at craftsman did a pre-purchased inspection on a used 911 I am purchasing. Richard is amazing. He picked my wife up from our house so she would not have to walk in the rain and heat, fixed our air conditioner in a timely manner, had a loaner car for us to during the repair process, supports the military with great discounts, and does great work.
