Great service as usual and great price!

The location is convenient, and the staff were very helpful. I needed four new tires. Pricing for purchasing tires and having them installed at Craftsman Auto wasn’t the least or most expensive out of the five places I called. One reputable place was cheaper by $200 but they were located farther from Kingstowne. I needed the convenience that day. The other place that was less expensive was so cheap I suspect they probably didn’t tell me everything over the phone. A staff member at Craftsman Auto also took the time to discuss options for tires and price matching. I had to drop my vehicle off in the morning and leave it for the day. They were busy as it was a holiday weekend and still managed to drop me off at work in the morning which I greatly appreciated. This was my second visit to Craftsman Auto for a major vehicle repair and I have been very pleased with the service both times. I did not feel overcharged either time.

Always great service here at Craftsman. Technicians and front office staff are helpful and went the extra mile to stay late to get the work done because of my child care issues. I bring all my cars here because I know the technicians will explain things to me in layman's terms and help me with the best course of action going forward.
