Above and beyond. High performance track enthusiast know and trust Matt's team. These guys are at almost all track events. It's great being able to discuss performance and tuning right there on track with the guys who know your car. It's enough that they have so much high performance experience but the shop is awesome for customer service, white glove care, and price too! As standard service, they send me pics and notes I can review on my phone of overall condition. Things like bushing conditions, brake pad wear, any special things to keep an eye on. Great peace of mind when you head to the track or just out on the road.

Excellent service, quick at diagnosing and in my experience offer fair prices and honest feedback. We’re all usually skeptical of being taken advantage of but with Craftsman that’s not the case. One of their employees is a huge ravens fan like me which is awesome and unfortunately one of them is a cowboys fan, so be careful of that.

Best customer arrive in the area!!!

The staff and technicians at Craftsman Auto Care do excellent work. I had my element towed to them, and they were able to diagnose and correct the problem efficiently and for a reasonable cost. There was a miscommunication on my part, and Drew was very professional and patient - working through it with me to reach an amicable solution. The fact that they warranty their work for three years is a big bonus. I am very happy and my car runs better than new.

My sweet-ride Elantra GT had missed its regular care and feeding during the last year and a half, so it was time to catch up. With a long road trip ahead, Matt and his people did a thorough inspection and offered me a range of options to exercise. There were no surprises, and I chose "all of the above". The car was ready by the end of day, and the cost was very reasonable. On the drive home the car even felt peppier. I'll certainly be back for my future work.

We’ve been very happy with Craftsman Auto Care. Needless to say, everyone wants “a deal”. But what’s really important to me is honesty and competence. I’m willing to pay a fair price to get the job done right the first time.
