It's not just that they get the job done right and on time, it's also that they are very good at explaining what needs to be fixed and why, in addition to providing options for repairs when that is feasible and communicating throughout the process with the customer whether though text, email, or by phone (as you prefer). A top recommendation.

Used a Groupon for brake replacement. Worked as advertised. Observed the shop for two+ hours as I waited. Very impressed with the care and consideration exhibited by the shop employees.

I recently had Craftsman complete some work on my 1979 Chevrolet Blazer. There aren't many shops that I trust to work on a vehicle that is 42 years old but I decided to give Craftsman a chance because they are local and I was satisfied with the work they have done on my newer cars. They were able to give me an estimate right on the spot and had my truck in and out in a day. I was satisfied with the work completed and I now know that I have a local shop to bring my truck in for maintenance. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking to do the same.
