I have an old vehicle that needs a lot of TLC and is in the shop frequently for aged parts and small breakdowns. Craftsman Auto Care gives my vehicle that TLC and on today's visit identified a issue they missed last time through. Here's the good part: They fixed the issue and didn't charge me for the diagnostic because they told me they should have caught it the first time around. It's just really nice to have that integrity in our neighborhood.

I took my vehicle in to get some problems I knew about fixed (timing belt and A/C), but when I drove it out I heard a noise. It turned out that CAC had unfortunately missed an issue with the power steering. I took it back immediately and CAC Merrifield fixed it for me for no charge and even offered to let me borrow a vehicle while mine was being worked on!

As I woman I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of at Craftsman Auto. The Merrifield shop is so close to my office that it's ideal for dropping off on my way to work.

Always great customer service. I feel like communication is on point. They give me a text with written details and call to explain. Great luck with all my services.
