In my experience, many other shops, specially brand auto dealers will charge you no matter what and have you pay for repairs that are not justified. These folks at CAC have earned my loyalty. It’s hard to find honest assistance especially in the area of automotive care. Look no further, the crew made sure to explain all the issues and provide recommendations regarding repair. What they did not do is try to ring every last red cent out of me. They do wonderful work, but more importantly I trust them to tell me what their opinion is regarding the required service. Will be going back with my other car as soon as a my scheduled maintenance is required.

I live in NC. Craftsman did a pre-purchase inspection for me and their service was perfect! Steve from Craftsman called me the day before my service to confirm, and he followed up with me as promised with details and photographs that covered all of my questions. They won my loyalty as a customer. But more importantly, I will tell my friends in the DC metro area (where I lived for 30 years) to use Craftsman!
