DJ and Mike from the Craftsman Auto Care in McLean were awesome! My car battery died and when DJ wasn’t able to get it jumped, he went back to the shop, verified they had the battery I needed in stock and had Mike come over to where the car had broken down to install it. They were professional and efficient and I really appreciated their efforts!

Due to some personal family health issues I asked the Chantilly guys to come get my 17 Macan GTS, which was in dire need of brakes and annual maintenance. They were super responsive in retrieving my vehicle, making sure I understood everything it needed and gaining my advance approval. Great experience with this warranty repair. They replaced the alternator back in December and it failed. Had the car towed in on Sunday night, they called me first thing Monday morning and it was finished by 5:00 pm. No charge. Highly recommend this place. They send a link to an inspection report with all potential needed maintenance and repairs. But there's no pressure to do the recommended but not urgent items.

Brought my car in for inspection after trying two other locations that were too busy for walk-ins. The inspection found two issues that would normally have required a second visit at a later date, but the team at Craftsman found a way to squeeze me into their schedule and even rush ordered repair parts form a nearby auto store and fixed everything same day. Very professional and friendly team, highly recommend Craftsman for any vehicle repair/maintenance services.

Probably the best auto care center in the area. The staff is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The saying goes, “you get what you paid for” - with Craftman Auto Care, you get more than what you paid for, and it’s also done right the first time. Highly recommended for any type of service / maintenance. The best thing about Craftman is their digital inspection. One the best things for people who have less knowledge about cars. Craftsman proves too you that there’s something wrong with your vehicle, rather then just telling you. This way your not fooled into fixing something that’s not broken and having the burden of a large expense. All in all, Craftman Auto Care is a trustworthy place, definitely worth the money.
