I was about 10 miles from home when I realized I had a flat tire and I searched for the nearest location for help. Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax was very near and the reviews were excellent so I went there. Not only did the mechanic take care of my flat, he checked the air pressure on the other 3 tires and checked their tread. He got me safely home. I am really grateful and would highly recommend them.

A great alternative to the dealer - I felt my truck was in great hands. With service coupon, the price and service can't be beat. They have a great little waiting room, super clean, with coffee and wifi. Every person that walked through the door was greeted and treated like an old friend of Bob's. While the prices are about the same as the dealer, they have some extra service that I think easily makes them the better choice - photos of each inspection point with items that may need to be replaced and why, a detailed digital report with easy to understand car-health meter. This is different than some dealer service tech telling you it needs to be done. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Simply the best general mechanics in the area. They do a great job maintaining our car which range from Japanese economy cars to German sports cars to SUVs. They handle each one with competence beyond what the dealers are capable of. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, I have recommended people, most of which visited different locations, and they were all thrilled with the service and work that was performed.

I will always bring my car here. One stop shop. The guys are genuine and understanding. They aren’t out to charge you for every little item. They really want you to be safe on the road and take the time to explain what your car needs and how you can pay for it. Thanks everyone!
