They were very thorough in diagnosing the issues with our SUV, and suggested necessary repairs, and were quite open about what repairs were not critical and could be put on the back burner. We had another issue surface with the same SUV within 24 hours of our service and they promptly fixed the problem. Because our SUV had undergone extensive repairs in the prior 24 hours, they gave us a discount on the current repair. Very appreciative of their consideration.

Friendly, local, seems they know their craft. I could have given another 1/2 star if that was available. They were able to get my BMW in/out the same day, always a plus. I hope they continue the tradition of their predecessor in the the space the late, great McLean Auto Service.
