My first time there since moving to the area, and Craftsman Auto Care treated me like a long time customer, provided me with the most thorough inspection of my vehicle, and a detailed digital report with photos that empowered me with the ability to take the vehicle bought to the Dealer I had just purchased at and was given an immediate refund. I could not be happier with the service provided by Craftsman! I had recently inherited my family's older vehicle that needed some TLC and I brought it to the Merrifield location on recommendation from a co-worker. I was provided with a detailed inspection report that was easy to follow and well put together. The recommended urgent items were brought to my attention and acted upon quickly. I was provided with options to best fit my needs and the level of customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Jeremy and the rest of the team that took care of me. I will most certainly be back for future repairs and maintenance!

Always great service

As the successor to McLean Automotive Service Center and its more than 50 years of service to the community, Craftsman has taken a well respected local institution and made it even better. Great prices, quality work and trustworthy advice. If it ain't broke - they won't fix it! So far it has been routine maintenance and inspections for my car, but recently my Dad, who is age 86 and does not use the Internet, had a problem with his 2003 Cadillac that had baffled other mechanics including a dealership. They found the problem and fixed it good as new for a fair price.
