By far the best car repair service. My suv has had issues since I purchased it, turns out the big dealership it came from did a shotty job getting the suv ready for resale. Who said lemon? Everyone at the Junction Plaza Craftsman went above and beyond getting everything taken care of, keeping me in the loop at every turn, and answering all my questions. It was a big job, and they did it quickly even though it was smack between the holidays; now my lemon is no more. Here’s to a tall sexy pitcher of sweet lemonade, cheers!

I tried Craftsman Auto Care for the first time after breaking down on the Wilson bridge on Christmas Eve. They worked on my car the day after Christmas. They performed a very comprehensive inspection of all the cars systems and gave me a detailed report. The immediate problem was a failed water pump, but they also pointed out a number of things that were past or near manufacture’s recommendations. We discussed these and came to an agreement about what should be done now and what could wait. The repairs were completed that day and they gained a new, very satisfied, customer.

I came in last minute to get a nail out of my tire, they fixed it in an hour and the lobby, coffee, and people were excellent.

Trustworthy, fair priced, nice staff. They give you a full report with pictures so everything is transparent. I won't take my car anywhere else.
