I had an excellent experience with Craftsman in Fairfax who made some significant repairs to my car. They texted me the details, with pictures, of their diagnostic assessment, were very thorough with their recommendations, and made the repairs in a very timely manner. I typically dealer maintain my car, but I'll be returning to Craftsman for future repairs - highly recommended!
