Contacted Craftsman because my truck was leaking fuel. They conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle to pinpoint the problem, with Richard communicating with me throughout the entire process. A few hours later and I’m back on the road! Great experience, and I’d be happy to recommend Craftsman to anyone having car trouble.

I needed my inspection, and getting it done here was actually a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly, efficient, it was done promptly, as we're still in the covid era I was pleased to see that they were taking all available precautions for customers and staff. Recommended.

The Craftsman team (Drew and Billy) exceeded my expectations. Although my repair was simple (flat tire), I arrived 45 minutes before closing (5:15 pm), and they completed the work by 6 pm. They did a quick test drive to ensure that my car's tire pressure monitoring system would properly reset, which it did. They guarantee the repair for the lifetime of the tire. So, I left with confidence that my car was back to normal.

I just moved to VA and needed to find a place to have my car inspected for the DMV. The people here were very friendly and did a great job with my car. I'm thankful I was able to find a place so quickly that I know I can trust for future service on my car.

I really have good experience with craftsman auto care everytime. Customer service is extremely good. Their service and experience for the car is awesome. They don't charge extra money instead they do free for little work. I always recommend craftsman auto care for your car.
