I've been here a few times and they've always been very professional, courteous, kind, and done a great job. Not pushy or intimidating at all, and will explain at great length what needs to be done w your car's maintenance presently and the near future. I've never been to the other Craftsman locations, but they do excellent work in Fairfax.

This is my second "precious" vehicle I will "allow" anyone to touch! Truly, the most professional (post dealer warranty) auto repair shop I have ever dealt with! The free review of your vehicle is excellent and provides a real time report of your vehicles "health". The Merrifield Craftsman team love their job, and it shows!
