Have brought my car to Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax several times. I am always treated with utter respect and professionalism. They have always done an excellent job and do it quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Richard and his team to anyone.

I went in for a safety inspection for one of my vehicles and was blown away at the level of service and information that was provided to me. Everyone was happy to help as soon as I walked in the door. I am used to your standard safety inspection where they give you a pass/fail and send you on your way. Craftsman Auto actually sends you a text message/email with a full length diagnostic of every piece of your vehicle they inspected, with photos included. It shows that they truly care about their customers and their customer’s knowledge of their own vehicles. I wouldn’t have known certain things needed to be addressed on my vehicle had they not given me this breakdown. They even replaced my license plate light bulbs, that would have caused me to fail inspection, for free! I will definitely be going back here again and again, and I would highly recommend their company to anyone in the area!

Craftsman Auto Care - Alexandria
The Alexandria location provides some much needed quality auto service to the Kingstowne area. Scheduling was easy on the website, they stayed in contact via text and phone, provided an inspection report with photos and recommendations before service and completed the requested services on time. If you're thinking about driving miles away to a dealer service facility, give these guys a try first.
