I found a screw in my tire, brought it here to get looked at, and within minutes of arrival Mason helped me out- he checked the tire pressure, ensured it wasn’t leaking through a liquid test, and he removed the screw at no cost to me whatsoever. Super helpful and professional!

The total package. Reasonably priced, very friendly and service oriented, finished work when they said. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I had my car towed to Craftsman Auto when it wouldn’t start. Drew took a look at it for me and let me know there was nothing wrong with the car but the chip in the key wasn’t working and the anti-theft system in the car prevented me from starting it. I had just had my keys re-keyed a couple of days prior but the keys weren’t working properly so I had to have the locksmith take care of the issue. Drew didn’t charge me despite taking the time to diagnose the problem. He and the woman I initially spoke to on the phone (afraid I don’t remember her name) were both very polite and professional. I will definitely take my car to Craftsman Auto the next time it needs work!
