We were very happy with the service at Craftsman Auto Care Fairfax. James was able to get us in right away for an electrical problem, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad alternator).

I was 1k miles past due for an oil change and they got me right in. I was very appreciative as my car is a 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport and I certainly don't want to fall behind on my maintenance. The entire crew was extremely nice and helpful. Even though I was in a pinch and didn't have much of a choice on price, they got me a great deal. I now have a new shop that I'll be bringing my new car too. I feel very comfortable bringing my new car too them and getting the best performance and life out of it. Thank you!

The starter on my vehicle was failing and I was due for an oil change. Called and spoke to Andrew and I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for the following morning. Next day I went in and was greeted by Brandon, who was very thorough and helpful. The team at Craftsman ran a full diagnostic to identify anything that might also need attention. They weren't pushy or trying to oversell me. Three hours later they called and my vehicle was ready for pickup. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Craftsman Auto Care and will go back if my vehicle needs any further work.

First time using them for my 2011 Mercedes E class. Great service and super friendly staff. Love getting pictures of each part of the car serviced and/or inspected. Highly recommend them!
