Craftsman Auto care always does an excellent job on all of my vehicles. Each employee here has wonderful customer service. Their customer service and auto service is the main reason why I continue to bring my vehicles here. I had the pleasure of working with James and Mason this time around and they both did a stunning job at explaining what the issue is with my car and what needs to be done in order for it to be fixed. This is the second time I’ve come to this Craftsman auto care, since they took over the ownership and I have been pleased both times. Recently, I received a Notice that had a recall on my Honda Accord. I took it to the dealership, as required, for replacement of parts on the recall notice. What I didn’t expect was a list of all the items that needed to be repaired, according to the Honda Dealership near me. The price for all of the items listed came to over $2,800 to repair. My car is a Honda Accord 2013 with approximately 30,697 miles. The repairs didn’t make sense to me, as I have always kept the car in great shape. Upon receipt of the dealership’s estimates, I drove directly to Craftsman Auto Care in McLean, and then asked them to look over the items listed as needing repairs. Since I have been going to this location for years. I wanted to see what their opinion would be and surely enough, the total cost for repairs that actually needed attention was significantly lower. I know Craftsman was formerly Mclean Auto Center, and only took over ownership in the fall of 2020, but hopefully they will keep up the great reputation of auto service that we came to expect from this location. Craftsman has a satisfied customer in me. I have already referred a friend and family to service their vehicles at Craftsman.
