Great spontaneous service

the whole craftsman team was very helpful - direct about what work they were doing, what they assessed, how they would remedy it, and what it would cost and why. everyone from the owner to the new hire on his first day were professional, knowledgeable, and forthright. another employee even went home to retrieve equipment to help make a fix on a car part so that they wouldn't have to order me a new one, saving me over $300. highly recommend.

Bob treated my son's college junker as if it were super valuable. He offered several options from full repairs to donation to a needy organization. I imagine that many shops would have charged for the optimal repair with no other options. He knows how to earn repeat business.

Took car in because I thought the linkage in the wiper was broken but there was just a loose nut. They fixed it and reset my oil change light for free!
