Excellent experience all the way around; and even better, they were timely about estimates and getting the car done (pretty unusual for a car repair place). They have a very good system where they text you the report about your car that is nicely detailed with pictures. My first time at Craftsman, but I will definitely go back.

This place is a gem! I’m new to the area and needed to get my car checked out in advance of a cross-country road trip. Matt and his team were incredible—super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They provided me a digital copy of the inspection they did, complete with pictures of the components checked and an explanation of the condition, which was amazing. At no time did they try to sell me anything unnecessary. They truly take care of you here. I will definitely be back!
