Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
After years of taking my vehicles to the dealership, dealing with long wait times and high costs (all foreign cars -- European or Japanese) I finally found a mechanic that leaves the car clean during services, completes service in a reasonable time, and respects their customers. A note to the Gay community: This place is gay friendly. My partner Kyle found them last year, and they are nothing but kind to everyone. I highly recommend Jeremy and Bob at Craftsmen. Great staff and amazing service.

I dropped in without an appointment because I discovered a huge bolt in my rear tire. They were very nice and, fortunately, were able to plug the hole. They solved my problem very quickly and I would definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service! THOROUGH INSPECTION! I came in worried about my brakes, but it turned out just to be bad tires. They were kind enough to rotate my bad front tires to the rear, until I could get them replaced. I love the convenient breakdown with photos they send you of your car and needed repairs. I got an oil change and wiper blades replaced. The place is clean and they even sanitized my car! Definitely coming back for the quality and care they took with me and my car. 🙂
