The job was completed on time. I received a call and a text when the job was finished and was told the price. They also let me know about some other things that would need to be looked at in the future, but there was no pressure to have them done immediately.

From start to finish, I was satisfied with the service at Craftsman. I had to leave my car during the snow storm without an appointment, and received a call early the next day to confirm the problem (which had already been diagnosed by computer). After getting a quote, I took the time to compare it with a dealer and went back to Craftsman to get the work done. Thanks to the speedy delivery of parts, I picked up my car the next day.

The entire staff is extremely professional and courteous. I've taken my vehicle in a few times and have always been more than satisfied with the work performed and results.

This Crafsman's location is a genuine shop. As a DIY technician myself, I can say with confidence that their mechanics KNOW what they're talking about, and are very upfront and honest about what they think of your vehicle. I've never noticed them try to push unnecessary maintenance or service on any of my cars, and that goes a long way with me. They also offered community educational classes on standard car care called 'Cars and Coffee' which has unfortunately been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to contain it; but regardless, it shows they genuinely care about keeping their customers informed and educated on what is turning into a dying skill set. This shop has my respect and my trust.
