My experience with Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly can only be described as phenomenal. I have used Matt Curry’s shops for almost 30 years for all types of auto care for more than eight brands and more than ten models of cars. There has not been one instance in which I was not entirely pleased with the quality of the work done and services performed. I have not ventured to another repair facility and don’t intend to unless I’m out of town. Even in the latter case I would call back to get their opinion before getting work done. I am a volunteer at The Car Ministry in Falls Church and Andrew (Manager) has gone out of the way to review cars for us and evaluate their condition to determine if it makes sense to invest money into fixing them or let them go to auction. We are “giving” these car to needy individuals and we want them to be safe and not have serious issues on the horizon. All of Matt’s repair facilities operate under the same proficiency and high quality standards.

WOW. I was dreading today, having waited until my state inspection was almost expired, and expecting to wait several hours in line (because it’s also Saturday) to receive a new one. I walked in to Craftsman, passed the packed parking lot, and asked how long it would take for an inspection. They immediately offered to have me leave the car there and DRIVE ME HOME! I just haven’t seen this level of kindness, along with excellent service, in the automotive industry. They made the entire process flawless. Definitely recommend!

The guys here helped me out fast and replaced a bulb in my car for me. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop to others who are looking for great service.
