I went in for a vehicle Safety check. I was greeted upon my drive into the lot. My vehicle interior was sanitized after explanation, then I was again greeted a second time by counter person. The waiting area was clean and presentable. Service was efficient and timely. I would recommend Craftman Auto Services to anyone.

The service at Craftsman was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful, and explained everything they had done so that someone not used to working with cars could understand (plus, they wore masks at all times). They also kept me informed about updates, when I could expect my car back, etc. They even did some extra work that they didn't charge me for because they felt it had to be done. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I won't be going anywhere else for car care.
