I worked with Richard the store manager and I have to say this is by far the most thorough car repair I've ever experienced! The team went far beyond what was asked and noted items that I should start keeping an eye on for possible future repairs. The office as well as the repair bay is clean and neat. I often use this to gauge what type of service I will receive. In a separate earlier visit on Christmas Eve I took my car in just 10 minutes before they closed and Richard helped me put on my spare tire as I had just run over a nail on I66. I noticed the care and attention he took even when replacing the tire. That told me all I needed to know. They are extremely detail oriented and I am very happy with my experience with Richard and his team at Craftsman Auto Care! Thanks so much!!!

My car stuttered and almost stopped as I was on my way out of town for a 2 hour drive. I remembered a auto service near Bank of America. I wasn’t sure I would make the short drive but I did and was very kindly received. I had to leave the car overnight but the work was done the next day in time for me to leave town.
