The guys at Craftsman Auto are great, they took care of my Subaru and got it running like new. You have to check this place auto from the work done on the cars to the customer service of the front counter staff it’s amazing 10/10. Definitely will be coming back with all my cars

This is the first time I visited Craftsman Auto Care, Fairfax. I decided on Craftsman because of word of mouth, great reviews and also I was tired of being taken advantage of by another establishment in Fairfax that I had used for years. Richard and the crew did not disappoint. Their professionalism is top notch. I will definitely be using Craftsman again and I highly recommend them!

Matt Curry personally has taken an interest in providing an excellent customer service. However, both DJ and Drew were helpful beyond expectations. McLean needed an outfit like this for a long time, to counter the arrogance of the brand owned auto service companies, such as Koons Toyota at Tysons.
