This place is an absolute gem. I’ve had just about every repair and service imaginable over the last several years. I won’t even think about taking any of my vehicle’s anywhere else. Matt Z is an excellent mechanic who takes care of the problem the first time the right way. I’ve never had to go back for any reason. Everyone in the office is very professional, courteous and they are genuinely appreciative of your business. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything for their vehicle. I highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax. I had a knocking noise in my rear suspension system, which is a complex problem to diagnose given the numerous possible problem areas. I worked with several mechanics and the Manager, Richard Tonetti, to get the problem resolved. The effort took several tries to determine the exact problem area, but persistence prevailed. Richard said that he would completely resolve the problem, no matter what it took, and his actions and the mechanics actions showed they will actually do what they say they will do. I have taken my car to Craftsman Auto Care - Farfax since they first opened for routine maintenance and inspections. They have done a good job every time. Their electronic inspection reports provide responsive, valuable information for keeping my car in good mechanical condition.
