Our family has lived in Northern Virginia for a number of years and originally we had our cars serviced at Beach's Automotive in Falls Church. Upon the owners' retirement, Matt Curry acquired the business and we continued our relationship with the renamed Curry's Automotive until Matt's "retirement". I can honestly say that I was not sad to hear that Matt "failed retirement" (my words, not his!) and was opening Matt Curry's Craftsman Auto. With the recent relocation of a grandchild to Northern Virginia, our family now has three generations of Curry's customers. The crew is welcoming and knowledgeable and the exceptional care they take, not just in maintaining our cars, but also in the cleanliness of the reception and maintenance areas of the shop is indicative of the pride they take in their craft. .

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Their vehicle reports are detailed and annotated, they're pleasant to work with, and most importantly they are transparent and honest about the status of your vehicle. They deserve your business.

These guys are absolutely the best in the business! Honest, efficient, and excellent service. I take all of my vehicles to them (a 25-year-old Ford truck, a BMW and a Tiguan) and the care and attention given to each of them are stellar. They explain everything that needs to be done and why. They do the work and usually get my vehicle back even before the proposed time. They all go above and beyond to do the job right. And I have never felt cheated or scorned because I am a woman. I can most highly recommend Craftsman Auto to any and all.

Everyone here is super professional and kind. Richard was especially amazing from step 1. It was my first time using Craftsman and I will continue to do so based on the amazing customer service skills that they have!
