i was taken care by Bob and Chris. The service was outstanding. I never felt they were pushing for expensive solutions to address my problem with the tire. I explained to them that i was not interested in changing the entire tire set as i am planning to move abroad and will probably sell the car soon. I wanted just to fix the problem in a way that would adjust to my budget and plan. They explored a few options which were presented to me. I felt i made an informed decision of what i needed to do. The treatment was cordial, and the overall experience was positive. their waiting facilities are clean and comfortable. They have wifi and TV and i could do my work while i waited. I would highly recommend this business to anyone, eyes closed.

Excellent customer service. Richard at the front desk as well as their senior mechanic and staff are so courteous, polite and kind and professional. I learned that Valvoline staff I had recently services my car at had really done a number on my headlights! Craftsman Auto staff fixed that mess up for me and didn't even charge me for it. I found my new car place going forward for all my needs and will certainly recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you all at Craftsman for your integrity and honesty!

The appointment process was quick and easy. They were great about getting the car in to take a look at it quickly. After they ran the diagnostics they were wonderful and taking the time to go over each and every item. And they only let us leave with the car once they were 100% satisfied with how it was running.

The service was genuine, straight forward, honest, and very professional. The prices are reasonable and the work is wonderful! The best alignment job I’ve ever seen! The techs took care of the noises heard when going over bumps and speed humps, fixed the problem with great speed!

I've been going to Craftsman Auto Care for over a year now, and they've become my go-to for general maintenance and repair. Andrew and his team are friendly, and provide a high value for their cost. I especially like the detailed diagnostic reports that get texted to me with each visit, allowing me to review descriptions, pictures, and understand the severity of needed / recommended repairs.
