Been coming to Craftsman Chantilly for several years now for a FULL range of services — from oil changes to brake work, from alternators to installing a new transmission. Recently they helped me out with a license plate frame replacement — where a simple but inaccessible stripped-out interior nut required some service beyond my ability. On short notice they were able to help me in a very clever way in a matter of minutes; I was thrilled. I go there for all my service and I highly recommend Craftsman Chantilly.

I do most of my own vehicle maintenance. But when I can't I only use Craftsman for all my cars. I appreciate their diagnostic reports, which help me plan my maintenance.

From the digital review, with pics and explanations, to the "Chic Fil A" customer service, I loved my experience at Craftsman. I'm surprised that they are a chain and that they maintain such good service. You don't always find this. I'm not sure about price comparisons, because I haven't done that around town, but the service makes me trust that they are giving me the best deal! Richard and Josh were great. Thanks!

Great service! Richard was great helping us through the entire process. Great customer service.

Richard was very professional. Everyone was wearing masks which was not the case at mr tire. Additionally they sanitized my car before and after entering it. I was able to get my tire replaced within a few hours even though I came in mid afternoon and they didn’t have my tire in stock. I don’t know how the value is comparatively speaking with other shops but I’d rather have a mechanic I can trust with the work and my safety than hope for a few bucks off. Definitely coming back for future work for both mine and my wife’s cars
