I brought my car in the day before the appointment and Richard and the team went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was in order for my appointment the next day. I really appreciated the inspection report with pictures and categorization of the findings on my car. Richard went through the report with me and explained everything, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the day with progress and unexpected changes/findings. Even with all of the additional findings and needed repairs, they were still able to get my car done and back to me the same day.
