I just wanted to share my recent experience at Craftsman - Fairfax after a tire blowout. These guys are amazing! Not only did they replace the tire quickly, but they also spotted front and rear suspension issues that the dealer had missed. I used to take my Toyota to a local dealer for all maintenance, but not anymore. Craftsman fixed everything promptly, and now my car rides like brand new! I appreciate how they take pictures, show you what's going on, and explain everything without pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend!

Craftsman Sterling has a great team and the building was upgraded from its previous use by NTB. Waiting area is very comfortable so don’t have to have wife pick me up. Oil change and tire rotation done fairly quickly and check on wheel alignment suggested we could wait until another 6 months.
